Mike, great article! I am a female on a hunt to drop my body fat to 18-20%, I am currently at 24%. I know as you say genetics play a huge part in it all. I want to be leaner but still have a little bit of meat on my bones. I currently weight lift (and no pumping for me, I love lifting heavy and I’m constantly pushing myself to lift heavier) 4 times a week with cardio 2-3 times a week. I currently take BCAA before 15-20 minutes before I workout and I also take a multi and CLA. I also take protein after I workout. I think I will add in the fasted cardio in the AM and continue to lift during my lunch break. So how many days of fasted cardio would you suggest for me? And should I add an extra day of weights?
